Madyson Schultz is a Junior at BRFHS and wanted to try something new and become a reporter this year. She is involved in FCCLA, FBLA, FFA, FCA, TIC, NHS, Leadership and Science Club. She also helps manage the boys hockey team and the football team. She is also very active in coaching and playing softball. She loves to spread her knowledge about the sport she grew up doing. Even with being super busy, she still manages to make time for her friends, family and to get all her work done. She is very excited for the rest of the year of being a reporter.

The crowd in the stands howls. The Black River Falls hockey freshman Calvin Lakowske just scored with junior Wyatt Madvig's assist. Madvig skates straight to Lakowske with a huge smile on his face and puts his arms around him, congratulating him on reaching his potential in the game.
“Approximately 20 percent of blood donations come from high schools, colleges and universities across the country. Young donors play an important part in helping support the nation’s blood supply,” said Levine.
“And for those little kids, being around high schoolers makes a big impact. They remember our high school students when they get to work with them, and they always have a really fun time. So, I just think that the relationship that we’re building in the community has been really beneficial to the school and our community as a whole.”
